Suunto’s Movescount goes live

Movescount.com, a new online sports community powered by Suunto, is now live – and multisport fanatics are invited to be among the first to register at the public beta site.

According to the Movescount team, ‘Whether you’re training for your first marathon, taking part in a local triathlon event or you just want to share the beautiful sunset you saw on your 10K bike ride with others, Movescount is for you. Just go to the site, register, fine tune your settings and start moving. Also, check out the groups and routes already in Movescount.’

Users do not need to own any sports instruments to use Movescount. However, Movescount is compatible with Suunto t3, t4, t6, MemoryBelt and X10 devices. There is also the option to transfer old training data from Suunto Training Manager and Training Manager Lite software to the online data storage facility at Movescount.
