365Competitors LLC has confirmed that the Treasure Island Sprint Triathlon and Dottie’s House End of Season Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquavelo – both produced by DQ Events – will offer 365Competitor’s Registration Fee Reimbursement services to participants.
The Treasure Island Sprint Triathlon is a full weekend event scheduled for 1-2 October 2011 in Riverfront Park, Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Races include a kids’ triathlon, a swim triathlon and a ‘kayak triathlon’. Proceeds will benefit the Point Pleasant Foundation.
The Dottie’s House End of Season Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquavelo will take place on 9 October 2011 at Island Beach State Park, New Jersey. Proceeds for this event will benefit Dottie’s House, a transitional housing facility designed to help women and children who have survived domestic violence.
Chuck Sellers, Manager of DQ Events said, “Because I offer so many events… I think it is good that [our participants] have a chance to get their money back if they become sick or injured and it saves me a lot of administrative work handling the injured competitor.”
