Last month swim specialist Aqua Sphere UK launched its floor standing display unit, which boasts an 11% reduced retail footprint than previous units.
This month the brand is unveiling its new 2011 goggle packaging that ‘perfectly complements the display unit and fully supports Aqua Sphere’s technical edge brand position.’
The new Aqua Sphere goggle packaging uses bold and concise graphics to adhere to the brand’s Made in Italy technical integrity whilst allowing the consumer to quickly understand the different features and benefits of its aquatic eyewear range.
Each pack includes a multiple use ventilated product case in which to keep the goggles safe after purchase. Echoing the proportions of the new retail unit, the packaging is 11% smaller than previously and uses a universal hook system for fast and effective display.
This enables the retailer to create an entire unit of goggles and masks or an instant blended display, which includes swimwear and accessories.
Underlining Aqua Sphere’s commitment to systematically grow its position in the UK market, the company is simultaneously investing in a fully integrated warehouse management system (WMS) for its Blackburn base that will further advance its customer care commitment.
Devised to make swim sales as simple as possible for the retailer, the new WMS will make ordering and re-stocking even faster and more efficient, enabling complex as well as the smallest orders to be picked and packed quickly and accurately to maximise sales opportunities.
The new system will be fully operational by early summer 2011.
