British Triathlon has announced that Blade Printing Services has been appointed as the new Great Britain Age-Group Team Kit Supplier.
Blade, co-owned by Howard and Jane Vine will already be known to many members of the British tri age-group community through their role as a specialist sports printers. The new relationship will provide the Great Britain Age-Group Team with an enhanced customer service. This will be provided not only through the website britishtriathlonagegroupshop.org, but also through a dedicated email address and phone line at Blade – handling enquiries on the range of kit requirements as well as specific questions relating to individual orders.
In addition, a ‘try before you buy’ service will be offered from Blade’s offices near Reading; and Blade will be at the Triathlon Show at Sandown Park, from 28 February – 2 March again offering the ‘try before you buy’ service.
Jane Vine, Co-Owner of Blade Printing Services, said “Everything has come together with our contract to become the Great Britain Age-Group Team Kit Supplier – with our involvement in triathlon over the past 25 years (as athletes, team managers and as technical officials) we can draw on both our triathlon knowledge and printing expertise to ensure we offer a high quality service to age-group athletes.”
Malcolm Westwood, British Triathlon Director for Age-Group Teams added “We are delighted to appoint Blade as the new Great Britain Age-Group Team Kit Supplier. Their years of experience within the sport as participants, volunteers and through Blade Printing Services have put them in a unique position to understand the needs of age-group athletes.”
