The Triathlon Show: London 2016, billed as ‘the UK’s largest triathlon show’ returns to London’s ExCeL in February 2016, showcasing some of the latest products and expertise from the world of swimming, cycling and running.

In 2016, the title sponsor for the show is again auto-themed – as Honda has stepped into the sponsorship previously held by Seat.

Taking place on Thursday through Sunday (11-14 February 2016), The Triathlon Show: London Powered by Honda will take place alongside The London Bike Show, The Telegraph Outdoor Adventure & Travel Show and the London International Dive Show, with one ticket allowing visitors into all four events.

Whether a beginner or seasoned triathlete, there will be experts on-hand to offer advice across all three disciplines, as well the opportunity to test out some of the latest technological equipment and training aids.

The Triathlon Events Village will be the hub of the show and include a large swimming pool, where visitors will have the opportunity to take part in technique master classes, 1-2-1 analysis sessions or watch technique demonstrations by leading coaches in the field. In addition, visitors are invited to try out wetsuits from leading manufacturers, so that those ‘all-important decision on sizing and style can be a little more informed.’

The Tri Experts Theatre in association with Triathlonguard & High5 will host expert speakers from the world of competitive triathlon, on hand to share their stories, training tips and performance insights. Previous speakers include IRONMAN World Champion Chrissie Wellington and Olympians the Brownlee brothers.

For those wanting to measure their fitness ahead of the 2016 season, the Surrey Human Performance Training Hub will be offering fitness testing by leading physiologists. Visitors will have the opportunity to book onto a two-hour session to analyse body composition, cycling technique and nutrition. The results will then be used to compile a comprehensive training review and a personalised structured training plan.
