Universal Sports Network has announced a new, multi-year distribution agreement with Suddenlink, the seventh largest cable distributor in the US. The deal gives Suddenlink the rights to distribute Universal Sports’ exclusive Olympic, endurance and action sports programming in HD, access to VOD content and comprehensive TV Everywhere rights.
Suddenlink started with the roll out of Universal Sports Network in HD as part of its new Sports Plus tier on Wednesday 1 July.

Suddenlink joins Universal Sports Network’s growing list of distributors including satellite providers DIRECTV and DISH, Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Cox Communications, Verizon FiOS, Google Fiber, CenturyLink and several NCTC members in markets across the United States.
