Tri-California Events is welcoming Castoro Cellars winery to the Wildflower Triathlons Festival weekend on 30 April to 1 May. Castoro Cellars, a Central California winery, will bring a taste of its annual ‘Beaverstock Music & Arts Festival’ by serving up a memorable weekend ‘filled with great wine, music and games for Wildflower athletes and spectators.’
After a day of racing on Wildflower’s historically scenic and challenging courses, triathletes and spectators will be treated to a weekend festival of celebration, which now includes ‘the vibe of Beaverstock’.
“As a nationally and internationally recognized triathlon known to many as the ‘Woodstock of Triathlon’ it seemed like a natural partnership,” said Colleen Bousman of Tri-California.
“Attendees can savour the taste of Castoro Cellar’s finest wine at the events 15C Wine Bar while grooving to some of Beaverstock’s featured bands and relaxing under the shady oaks of Lake San Antonio.”
She added, “Kids and adults will love the festival games and prizes, life-size Connect Four, and even a corn hole tournament. We wanted something for athletes and spectators alike.”
Athletes needing a bit of recovery after their race can also take advantage of Beaverstock yoga sessions. The event organising team add that ‘Whether looking for fun or to slow down the pace, Wildflower will provide it all.’
By adding Beaverstock to Wildflower, Tri-California has found a partner to enhance its three-day Woodstock-like triathlon festival. “We are extremely excited to partner with Wildflower Triathlons to bring a truly unique experience to all attendees while exposing them to the wonderful world of Beaverstock,” said Luke Udsen of Castoro Cellars.
Over the past three years, the Beaverstock Music & Arts Festival has grown into one of the most anticipated events on the Central Coast of California – featuring 15 bands over two days with many experiential activities. This year, Beaverstock will take place on 17-18 September in Templeton, California.
