Apparel specialist Altura and Cycling Weekly magazine have announced a new custom clothing partnership for 2017. As part of the newly confirmed deal, Altura will supply the Cycling Weekly editorial team with all of their technical riding gear – including custom jerseys, bib shorts, vests and accessories from the Altura Proline Series of custom cycle wear.
Clint Vosloo, Altura Brand Director, said, “The Proline garments are technical and lightweight and will deliver the team at Cycling Weekly with their most comfortable ride experience yet. The garments are perfect for the varied conditions the British weather will throw at them this year and we are excited to see them out on the road.”
Through ‘Ride & Research’ Altura adds that it is continuing to engineer products that keep the rider in the saddle for longer by delivering garments that improve comfort and performance. Made in Europe from premium European fabrics, the Proline Series is tested and used by the team at ONE Pro Cycling and delivers ride comfort and performance.
Symon Lewis, Tech Editor at Cycling Weekly, said “Altura’s performance cycling garments are really making waves with their technical properties and fit. We are very pleased with the design of the new Cycling Weekly garments and are looking forward to putting them to the test.”
