Following an inaugural event and subsequent TV broadcast in 2016, Challenge Aruba is back on the UK and European airwaves as part of broadcaster Channel 4’s ongoing coverage of endurance sport programming. The Challenge Aruba 2017 highlights show airs on Channel 4 this Saturday 18 November at 06:10 GMT and CH4+1 at 07:10, with catch-up online available via All4

Aruba in the Caribbean is the venue for this addition to the Challenge Family international series of triathlons, which took place this year on 22 October. With a course that takes in the crystal clear waters of the island, rolling hills and white beaches, the pro race attracts a top-class field while the age group and junior events help to ensure that there is something for everyone in this weekend festival of endurance.

Having established a close partnership with Channel 4 television, Dream Team Television is one of the UK’s leading production companies specialising in multisport, adventure, athletics and motorsport programming. The company has an international reputation for producing some of the highest quality programmes in these specialist areas.

Other Dream Team produced programmes on Channel 4 include:

  • XTERRA European Tour – 25 November
  • 4 Deserts Race Series – 2 December
  • Migu Run Sky Runner World Series – 9 December
  • Adventure Racing World Series – China – 16 December
