IRONMAN 70.3 Staffordshire, which took place on 18 June, is once again hitting the airwaves via mainstream UK television station Channel 4. The TV show will air this Saturday 24 June at 07:05 GMT, on Ch4+1 at 08:05 and via catch-up on All4.

This prestigious IM 70.3 World Championship qualifying event provides fierce competition each year, and a significant challenge for top pros such as the defending champion, Lucy Gossage. With a total of 2,000 athletes taking on the 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run, the event is set in the scenic Staffordshire countryside and finishes with a half marathon at the historic Shugborough estate, where competitors are ‘cheered every step of the way by thousands of fans’.

Following broadcast on Channel 4, this programme will be on Sky, British Eurosport, Bike Channel, Premier Sports, Front Runner in the UK and numerous international channels.
