RunSignUp introduces ‘smarter registration’ with RaceInsights promotional tools

RunSignUp, which is billed as an innovator of online tools for the race director’s race lifecycle, has announced the release of its new RaceInsights dashboard, giving race directors a data-driven promotional tool. Powered by RunSignUp Analytics, the company adds that ‘RaceInsights tracks every click, registration, and transaction on a race website and attributes each to a source, such as Facebook, email, Google, or a race calendar.’

RunSignUp claims that it is the first running registration service to offer this level of sophisticated marketing insights to customers.

The RaceInsights dashboard delivers real-time business intelligence capabilities, drill-down reports, and year-to-year analytics. ‘Built on powerful analytical technology and operationalized through user-friendly graphs and tables, race directors can harness their data to drive digital and off-line engagement and optimize their event’s performance.’

This suite of next-generation tools will seek to empower race directors to take advantage of data-driven marketing to increase engagement and registrations.
