eventbaxx, a specialist in digital race bags has announced three new event partnerships: with Mascot Sports, Everyone Runs and Belgian Mountainbike Challenge, billed as the hardest mountainbike tour in the Benelux region.
Following the recently announced cooperation between eventbaxx and RunSignUp, Mascot Sports will be the first partner to profit from a technical integration linking both solutions.
Starting with the Oaktown Half Marathon that will re-launch under its original founder this year, eventbaxx will implement its digital race bag to offer sponsors a new channel and connect them with the participants of the event. Additionally, the Oakland Turkey Trot will be one of the mutual races that are planned in the upcoming months.
The eventbaxx system provides an online and mobile channel for sponsor revenue for races. Marc Grewenig, co-founder of eventbaxx said, “After entering the US market along with the cooperation with RunSignUp we are proud to partner up with a renowned company like Mascot Sports. We are looking forward to helping Mascot Sports in expanding benefits to sponsors while providing deep ROI with our solution.”
“We are always looking for new ways to improve our races with innovative solutions like eventbaxx. After hearing about the partnership with RunSignUp we were quickly convinced by the solution and are looking forward to a great partnership,” said Ryan Dawkins, CEO of Mascot Sports.
Starting with the Catalina State Park 5.2 & 10.3 Mile Trail Races, this year eventbaxx will implement its digital race bag to offer Everyone Runs’ sponsors a new channel and connect them with the participants of each race. Additionally, eventbaxx will be implemented at three more Everyone Runs 2018 events.
Marc Grewenig, co-founder of eventbaxx said, “It’s great to work with such amazing races, which have been held for more than 14 years, and which thrill runners every year. We are looking forward to helping Everyone Runs in expanding benefits to sponsors while providing deep ROI with our solution.”
“At Everyone Runs, we are always looking to enhance what we provide to our loyal runners and walkers, and it also provides great added value to our sponsors,” said Steve Landau, Everyone Runs owner and race director. “Adding value is a priority goal of ours.”
Belgian Mountainbike Challenge (BeMC)
The Belgian Mountainbike Challenge powered by Specialized, in short BeMC, is a three day stage race, open to both professional and recreational riders, which this year will take place from 11-13 May 2018. The BeMC distinguishes itself from other multiple day events in the Benelux by the difficulty of the stages and the quality of the field.
With the integration of eventbaxx, all 600 participants will receive event-specific information and offers from partners and sponsors.
Marc Grewenig, at eventbaxx said, “I am very pleased to see that such well-established races as the BeMC choose eventbaxx in order to offer its partners and sponsors, but also its participants, clear added value and to position themselves in the coming years with a promising future.”
“To continuously improve the race and everything around it, we try to implement new and innovative ideas every year,” said Koenraad Vanschoren, founder and main organizer of BeMC. “So it made perfect sense to start using eventbaxx to digitalize the way we inform our participants without the limitations we had before when using paper. After all, we prefer to ride our bikes between the trees rather than using them to print information on!”
Founded in 2015, eventbaxx technology enables race organizers to enhance digital communication and sponsorship opportunities. The company adds that its tailor-made solution provides real time return-on-investment analysis and evaluation. In addition to the three newly added events, eventbaxx is used by race organizers such as the BMW Berlin Marathon, Mascot Sports, Swiss City Marathon, Red Bull, Golazo, The Color Run, Infront B2Run Series, Wings for Life World Charity Run and others.
