New sports and media agency PaceUp Media launches

Today sees the launch of PaceUp Media, billed as ‘an ambitious new London based agency comprised of experts with a proven track record in international sport and media.’

The brainchild of Director Tom Copeland, ex-professional cyclist and former press officer to the Giant Alpecin professional cycling team, and PR Manager Samuel Doll, formerly of Fusion Media, PaceUp Media has a cycling and adventure sports focus.

A company release added ‘Having worked with some of the biggest and best known brands, events and teams in the industry, this new venture is the culmination of past learnings and future ambitions.’

Hitting the ground running, PaceUp Media already boasts a client list including SCICON (global PR, email marketing and digital content), Team Sunweb (PR & social media) and Velusso cycling holidays (communications strategy and events).

PaceUp adds that it offers an all-inclusive list of sports media services, combining PR, social media, content delivery and communications strategy… ‘taking a flexible approach – allowing clients to benefit from years of experience across multiple disciplines and enjoy the capacity of a larger agency whilst retaining the value, adaptability and accessibility of an in-house member of staff.’



Director and Founder Tom Copeland said, “Having spent several years working across brands, the media, teams and agencies, the next logical step was to combine all of that experience and create a service which all parties will benefit from. Bringing in Sam’s knowledge and expertise gives us the strong footing we need to hit the ground running.
