Digital goodie bag specialist eventbaxx is opening an office in San Francisco, California, to increase its presence in the US market. Starting from August 21, eventbaxx co-founder Marc Grewenig will be ‘present in the Silicon Valley to make the innovative digital race bag technology available to all endurance races, conferences, and exhibitions in that region.’
With existing offices in Saarbrücken, Berlin and Istanbul, eventbaxx will build its fourth international site in California. Marc Grewenig, co-founder of eventbaxx, said, “We are already working with many renowned races in the European region but did not want to miss out on the huge potential that we see in the US market. The great response to the marketing activities we started this year fostered our idea to open an office in the USA. I am sure that we have found the perfect location and will help many races and events to prepare themselves for a digital future!”
The eventbaxx platform can help to deliver customer satisfaction, and provides an online and mobile channel for sponsor revenue for all types of events. Since entering the US market in 2018, eventbaxx cites ‘several small to large races in the US have started using the technology to improve their participants’ race experience and renounce on polluting flyers and print materials.’
An integration with the event management and registration platforms RunSignUp and Eventbrite further allows mutual customers to sync participants from one system to the other, helping to distribute digital goodie bags to all event participants.
Founded in 2015, eventbaxx technology enables race organizers to enhance digital communication and sponsorship opportunities. The tailor-made solution helps to provide a ‘real time return-on-investment analysis and evaluation’. eventbaxx is used by leading race organizers such as the BMW Berlin Marathon, Swiss City Marathon, Golazo, The Color Run, Infront B2Run Series, Wings for Life World Run and more.
