For individuals who are passionate about growing grass roots participation in sport, British Triathlon and Triathlon England are looking for a Director of Development to lead on participation, clubs, coaching & volunteering and event engagement.
Heading towards the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, British Triathlon notes that ‘the opportunities to introduce more people to the world of swim, bike, run are huge… The organisation adds that it is looking for someone who will deliver its strategic goals to 2024 and ‘really make a difference to passionate triathletes and complete beginners alike.’
As a member of the British Triathlon / Triathlon England Exec Team, the successful candidate will also play a lead role in the development of the organisations’ culture and people.
