Spirit Multisport has announced a partnership with Scatta, a newly-launched provider of technical apparel for triathlon, cycling and running. The partnership sees Swiss-based Scatta supplying the Spirit group’s professional and age group triathlon teams with custom-designed team race suits and training apparel.
“Scatta, as a supplier of premium quality sports apparel, was a great choice for our teams and athletes,” said Spirit Multisport CEO, Tom Sutton.
“Scatta is a new company but they have a management team with a wealth of experience in the industry. They specialise in custom designed apparel with unique and creative designs and fast turn-around, which is exactly what we were looking for.
“So, not only do the new products provide our teams and athletes with great fit, comfort and performance, but they can custom design their own team and race kit.”
Scatta, led by Sandro Cattaneo, was officially launched last week at its base in Hünenberg, Switzerland. “Our vision is to reset the standards for high performance custom apparel,” Cattaneo said.
“The custom apparel market is growing and customers are looking not only for high quality technical apparel, tested by the best athletes, but they also want to bring their own ideas to the creative design process and have a professional designer bring them to life.
“We are very pleased to be collaborating with Spirit Multisport as a foundation partner that we can work closely with to bring the best custom, high performance sports apparel to the market.”
