With the all new SCOTT Supertrac 2.0 run shoe, SCOTT Sports states it is bringing ‘premium racing technologies and world leading traction know-how to a much wider audience.’ The shoe’s rugged All Terrain Traction outsole and the generous midsole cushioning helps to provide runners with a platform for their off-road and mountain adventures.
Under foot comfort and traction has been improved – with a breathable mesh upper. This is coupled with a soft footbed and smart support structure.
The SCOTT Supertrac 2.0 will be available in retail stores from 19 August 2019. SCOTT highlights the following shoe features…
All terrain traction
The strategic lug configuration creates superior forward and breaking traction on a variety of terrain. Strategically orientated chevrons all around the forefoot provide extra stability when the runner needs it most.
An advanced step in comfort is created by the soft high quality liner inside the shoe. The smooth but protective collar shape adapts to the ankle for fit and running performance. For long days out in the mountains the new footbed allows for a soft landing at each step.
Lightweight and breathable upper
The new lightweight and breathable mesh adds to the snugg fit of the Supertrac 2.0. While being capable of dealing with the inevitable rock contact in the mountains the open structure allows for enjoyable runs on any terrain. With the smart support structure of no sew around the shoe to hold the foot in motion, the Supertrac 2.0 has become the most versatile mountain running shoe for every runner.
