Jennifer Mocerino promoted to IRONMAN Chief Merchandise Officer role

IRONMAN has confirmed the promotion of 25-year experienced retail executive Jennifer Mocerino to Chief Merchandise Officer for IRONMAN. Jennifer has been responsible for the expansion of retail operations to 26 countries and over 150 events globally. She has also developed strategic merchandise partnerships for 15 brands within triathlon, running, cycling, mountain biking and trail running. She will continue to sit on the Executive Committee of the company.

Jennifer joined IRONMAN in 2010 as Vice President of North America Merchandise. After developing a strong business unit in Tampa, Florida, she has expanded the global merchandising division by establishing teams located in Australia, Germany and South Africa. Her team oversees product sourcing, product development, logistics, inventory management, store operations and e-commerce.

In 2018, her team sold over 10,000 products across 28,000 SKUs (stock keeping units) at 150 events, as well as through the e-commerce platforms of the various event series.

“Jennifer has built a fantastic business here at IRONMAN,” said Andrew Messick, President and Chief Executive Officer for IRONMAN. “We are pleased to recognize her leadership, achievements and contributions to the company with this promotion.”

Prior to her time with IRONMAN, Jennifer spent 15 years with the Walt Disney Company working on theme park merchandise.
