New Zealand-based CHAPTER2 is looking for a ‘super-motivated Brand Manager to be responsible for ongoing growth in the US.’
The company notes that candidates must have extensive knowledge and experience in sales, be a stickler for detail, and willing to travel within the US.
Previous experience and relationships with high quality bicycle retailers and/or with a major bicycle manufacturer in the US would be considered a big advantage, along with in-depth technical knowledge of road/gravel bike categories, but not a prerequisite for being considered for the position.
The Brand Manager would work with bicycle retailers to grow the CHAPTER2 business, and with HQ on marketing/events (social media advertising, demos, photoshoots etc.)
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the agreed plan and budget for North America and will report directly to Mike Pryde, CHAPTER2 Founder.
Duties/responsibilities would include:
- Sales (B2B and B2C)
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives
- B2B and B2C customer service and warranty management
- Deliver agreed plan and budget
- Report directly to CHAPTER2 HQ
Remuneration would be commensurate of ability/experience; and would be monthly salary plus commission.
