BikeFlights.com announces improvements to its customer support, including longer hours and a brand new online Knowledge Base. Both will enable the leading bicycle shipping service to provide even better service to its customers.

To better serve those who need to ship their bikes, wheels and gears, BikeFlights.com will offer expanded Support Team hours on weekends effective April 4, 2020. Support staff will soon be available by chat, email and phone on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm PT. Weekday hours will remain the same from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PT.
Based on its 10-plus years of bike shipping expertise, BikeFlights.com also recently developed and launched an extensive new Knowledge Base to enable customers to find answers to a majority of their questions at any time of day or night.
Both improvements come shortly after BikeFlights.com reached two major customer support milestones last month. In February, the company passed the 700,000 customers served mark, and it also celebrated achieving more than 24,000 Trustpilot reviews with an overall rating of “Excellent.”
